Yay! Finshed! Well, I’ve just to put lining on the underside (which will be a pain) but still, finshed to me! At first, the part that falls on the middle of the forehead  bothered me and I tried balancing the whole thing out - I tried feathers, beads…but I couldn’t really find anything that seemed to work. Maybe it’s just that I flattened my hair, doesn’t seem right. Doesn’t really matter, after prancing about my apartment with it on my head for a few hours it doesn’t bother me so much now! But if you guys out there have any ideas, do share!  I think for the moment I’m sequined out, I’ve been finding sequins all over the place, I even found some in my bed this morning… I really like what I did with the feathers, putting beads the whole length of the ’stem’ (it’s called the rachis really, thanks wikipedia). I find it makes the movement of the feathers more visible. Well, gotta go, clean up all those sequins lying about!!

Youpi! J’ai fini! Enfin, presque, il me reste la doublure à mettre dessous (ce qui va être chiant), mais bon pour moi c’est terminé! Au début, la partie qui tombe au milieu du front me déranger et j’ai essayé d’équilibrer l’ensemble avec des plumes, des perles…mais je n’ai pas vraimetn trouver la bonne solution. C’est peut-être tout bêtement parce que j’ai aplati mes cheveux. Ce n’est pas bien grave, après avoir gambader partout dans mon appartement avec le bibi sur ma tête pendant quelques heures ça me dérange beaucoup moins! Mais si vous avez des idées, n’hésitez pas à m’en faire part! Pour le moment, je crois que j’en ai assez des paillettes, je n’arrête pas d’en trouver partout, j’en ai même trouver dans mon lit ce matin… J’aime beaucoup ce que j’ai fait avec les perles alignées sur les tiges des plumes, on voit mieux leur mouvement du coup. Bon, faut que je file ranger toutes ces paillettes qui traînent!!
